Fresh Cut Christmas Trees & A Festive Tree Farm Atmosphere

Christmas Season at Woods Tree Farm

Our farm will be open for 2024, starting Saturday, November 23. This will be our 6th year selling pre-cut Christmas trees, and the 2nd year we’ve had any cut-your-own trees available since we started planting in 2019.

PRECUT TREES

We’ll have plenty of fresh NC-grown PRE-CUT Fraser fir trees available on a first-come first-served basis. Trees will range from 5-12+feet tall. No deposit or reservation is required for pre-cut trees.

CUT-YOUR-OWN

A limited number of cut-your-own trees will be available again this year. Deposits are required, which you can pay for here.

How It Works

Pay your $50 deposit now.
The trees in the field will be individually priced from $79-$129 based on size and quality and you’ll pay the difference when you pick up your tree.
Cutting will be permitted starting the Saturday before Thanksgiving (Nov. 23, 2024)

Cut-Your-Own Trees

We’ll have Leyland Cypress, Murray cypress, and Carolina Sapphira Arizona Cypress trees from 6-8ft tall.
Leyland and Murray Cypress trees are known for their light but pleasant aroma, emerald green color, and soft foliage. The Arizona Cypress trees have an icy blue-green color and citrus scent.
Cypress don’t drop needles like other conifers and are also known to be better for people with allergies or fragrance sensitivities.
